SUMMARY:Year 3 - Chester Grosvenor Museum (including a Roman March with a Centurion!)
DESCRIPTION:We would like to take the children of Year 3 to visit the Grosvenor Museum in Chester on Thursday 12th March 2015\, as part of their current project.  The children will have the opportunity to go on a Roman March with a Centurion and experience a hands-on investigative lesson. \nThe coach will leave school at 9.00am and return to Penmorfa by 3.15pm. \nIt is advisable that the children wear a waterproof coat and they will need to bring a packed lunch and a drink. You may also purchase a packed lunch from school or if your child is currently entitled to a free school meal\, a packed lunch will be provided\, including a drink.   \nIn order for this visit to take place it is necessary to ask for a voluntary contribution of £12.00 for each child. This will help towards the cost of the transport\, entrance and activities at the Grosvenor Museum.   \nIf you would like your child to go on the visit please request a form from the school office.
